Michael graduated from Vianney High School in 2016 and Missouri State University with a Bachelor's in Professional Writing in 2021. He has been writing in the telecommunications world for almost 5 years. Michael co-founded The 5 Minute Major Podcast STL, LLC, where he is the Executive Producer and Lead Content Writer. All of the behind the scenes work goes through Michael, and his extreme passion for hockey content grows daily.

Josh Koch
Co-Founder, Director of Marketing, Content Writer
Josh graduated from Golfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in 2020. As a Registered Nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, he provides extensive care to those in need and continues to make a difference in the St. Louis community. Josh co-founded The 5 Minute Major Podcast STL, LLC, where he serves as the Director of Marketing. With his constant positive energy and enthusiasm, he works to acquire potential collaborations from local businesses to former NHL players.

Mike Meyer
Sr Writing Contributor, Podcast Partner
Mike has been a St. Louis Blues fan for as long as he can remember, shaped by a childhood spent with games on the TV and radio. This passion for STL hockey was passed down by his late father, whose love of the sport filled their home and carried the family through a few memorable years of season tickets. That lifelong connection to the game eventually found an outlet in writing, with work appearing in The Hockey Writers and The Hockey News before joining STL Sports Central. Mike launched Blue Notes Rising, his Substack dedicated to Blues prospect and development coverage. Today, he covers the Blues with a focus on sharp analysis and accessible storytelling, bringing the same devotion to the page that first took root in a living room in St. Louis. As a partner on The 5 Minute Major Podcast STL, he shares insights and discussions about the latest hockey news.
